Listing a padel racket is free. Sellers only pay a 6.5% RacketPort seller fee on the sale price after a successful sale. Buyers pay a €0.99 buyer protection service fee per purchase. Shipping costs are shown separately.
The seller receives the payout when the buyer confirms receipt. If the buyer forgets to confirm, the payout is released automatically 14 days after the shipment is marked, provided no problem case is open.

When a problem is reported, RacketPort can review messages, photos, tracking, shipping proof, and payment status and clarify the next steps in the platform process.
