From model to payout
How selling works

Search for the model
Search for your model on RacketPort and open the matching model page.

Create your offer
Create your offer with condition, a short description, price, and photos.

Set up Stripe payouts
For your first sale, you set up your payout details through Stripe once.

Ship the racket
After the sale, you create the shipping label, pack the racket securely, and ship it to the buyer.

Add tracking details
Then you add the shipping carrier and tracking number to the transaction.

Receive payout & review
Your payout is released once the buyer confirms receipt. After that, buyers and sellers can review each other. If the buyer forgets to confirm, the payout is released automatically 14 days after shipping.

Buyers pay through RacketPort. Stripe processes the payment while tracking details, confirmation, and payout stay connected in the transaction flow.
Fees
Listing your racket is free. Only when your racket is successfully sold, RacketPort charges a 6.5% seller fee on the sale price. Shipping costs are shown separately.
Sale price: €100.00 - RacketPort seller fee: €6.50.
Why Stripe?
To receive money for sold rackets, RacketPort uses Stripe Connect as its payment service provider. Setup is only required once. Stripe asks for the required information so payouts can be processed to you. After that, you can sell through RacketPort and receive your money.
RacketPort does not store full bank or payment details itself.

If there is a problem with a transaction, the buyer can report the order. RacketPort reviews the case manually and clarifies the next steps. Please keep shipping receipts, photos, and transaction communication until the sale is complete.

What can I sell on RacketPort?+
On RacketPort, you can sell original padel rackets that can be matched to the right model. Your offer should show the actual racket and present condition, price, and photos transparently.
Do I need a business?+
For individual private sales, you usually do not need a business. If you sell regularly or commercially, please check your own legal and tax obligations.
Does listing cost anything?+
No. Listing is free. The RacketPort seller fee only applies when your racket is successfully sold.
What is the seller fee for?+
The seller fee helps provide platform operation, secure payment processing, case management, buyer protection, and community support.
Do I have to negotiate with buyers?+
No. You set a fixed price. Buyers see price, condition, and photos directly on the matching model and can buy your offer.
Can I sell outside RacketPort?+
Sales outside RacketPort do not include RacketPort payment processing, buyer protection, support, case review, or payout through the platform. Always use the RacketPort purchase process.
What should I write in the description?+
Choose the condition level carefully and describe the condition honestly: playing time, visible scratches, frame marks, repairs, grip condition, and included accessories help buyers decide.
Which photos should I upload?+
Upload clear photos of the front, back, frame, and grip. Show scratches, chips, or other flaws in close-up. Realistic photos build trust and reduce follow-up questions.
When do I get my money?+
Your payout is released once the buyer confirms receipt. If confirmation is missing, the payout is released automatically 14 days after shipping.
Why do I need to set up Stripe?+
Stripe Connect handles payouts. Setup is required once so Stripe can verify the required information and send payouts to you.
What happens if the buyer does not confirm receipt?+
If the shipping carrier and tracking number have been added, the payout is released automatically 14 days after shipping, as long as there is no complaint.
